Agreement
PopHoop is operated by PopDrop LLC. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use PopHoop.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything that happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create one. You can delete your account at any time from your profile page.
Display names
Names must be 3–20 characters and may not be offensive, hateful, harassing, sexual, or impersonate another person or PopHoop staff. Names are screened automatically, and we may change or remove any name that breaks these rules.
Fair play
Please do not cheat, script, scrape, attack or otherwise interfere with the games, the leaderboards or other players. We may remove scores or suspend accounts that do.
Statistics and affiliation
PopHoop is an independent fan project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NBA or any team. Historical statistics come from public sources, some values are estimated or simulated, and everything here is for entertainment only. PopHoop is not a gambling service and involves no wagering or prizes.
Content and availability
The PopHoop name, design and software belong to PopDrop LLC. The service is provided "as is", without warranties, and may change or be unavailable at any time. To the fullest extent allowed by law, PopDrop LLC is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service.
